Who is welcoming us?

 

Although we have a key box, we love to welcome our Guests in person, collect their luggage and make ourselves available for anything they may need.

What do we need to take?

 

The loft has a kitchen with everything you need to cook. We leave you a reserve of 5 liters of fresh water from the springs of the area (it is nicer than the water from the tap), as well as coffee, a box of infusions, sugar, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil and vinager for 2 days. We also leave for you two toilet rolls.

What time can we enter the apartment?

 

Starting at 4:00 p.m.

What time should we leave the loft on the day of departure?

 

The departure must be made before 11.00 a.m. so that we can comply with the cleaning, ventilation and desinfection protocols.

Do you have lunch and dinner service?

 

No. If you do not feel like cooking, in the surroundings there is a wide range of restaurants that serve everything, from signature cuisine to combined dishes, pintxos or homemade takeaway. Most of them close on Monday and Tuesday, and they hardly offer dinner during the week, out of the summer season, so we recommend you to make your reservations and your plans for eating in advance.

Is there a supermarket, pharmacy, health center and ATM nearby?

 

Yes. There is a small supermarket 12 minutes away by car, in the town of Treviño. It also opens on Sunday and public days in the morning. Right next door there is a Mastercard ATM. The same town has a pharmacy and a health center.

Is there parking near the loft?

 

Yes. There is an outdoor area in front of the apartment.

Do you have a Full Fridge service?

 

Yes. If you can't buy food and drinks before coming, or you don't feel like it, you can order it from us. We need you to send us the list at least 48 hours in advance. The service costs 25 euros.

And an electric charging station for cars?

 

Te nearest one is in the village of Penacerrada, 18 kilometres from Suite Curry. Specifically, in a car park next to the Toloño Restaurant.

Do you admit children?

 

We love them, however the apartment has been designed for adults.

Smoking is allowed? And using candles?

 

Inside the apartmen is not allowed, but you can smoke in the garden as long as you do not leave there a trace of cigarettes butts and ashes. In the snacks basket that is in the portal, next to he wine cellar, you will find a lighter and an ashtray. The use of candles both in the garden and inside the loft is strictly prohibited.

And pets?

 

We adore animals. Actually, we are happy to live with Sweet Curry, our female cat. However, we consider that the Suite is not a suitable place for them.

Is there heating?

 

The loft has an ecological pellets stove with enough power to heat an area of 90 m2. We leave you a sufficient supply of pellets to keep the Suite warm during your stay. On extremely cold nights you can also use the electrical heater which is by the bed. The summer nights are not very cool, so it is not usually necessary to switch on any of them. In fact, for this season we use a 250-grams duvet. On winter time, it becomes a 450 grams duvet.

Are there USB sockets in the loft? 

 

There are 4 USB inputs. Two of them are between the bedroom and the living room and the other two are under the dinning table, which can also be used as a working area.

We have been given a stay in Suite Curry. How long do we have to enjoy the gift?

 

4 months.

How is the reservation formalized?

 

By paying 50% of the stay in advance, you can settle the remaining amount upon arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 14 days before your arrival. If the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded half of the deposit (except during high season, from May 1 to October 15). In the case of a last-minute cancellation (less than a week), you will forfeit the right to recover the deposit paid in advance.

And iron?

 

Yes. You will also find an ironing board, a portable clothesline and clothes pegs.

Is the WI-FI connection fast?

We may have to work some day during our stay.

 

We get the wifi through a portable wireless router connected by 4G, which is located in the Suite. It works quite well, but we cannot guarantee high speed for heavy graphics work. 

Are you open all year?

 

Yes, although we usually take a few weeks to rest. You just need to ask us.

Is breakfast included?

 

Yes, the first 2 nights, as a courtesy. It consists on some coffee, tea, cocoa, infusions, milk, juice, fresh fruit, eggs, bread from the local bakery, something sweet and something salty. If you have any type of intolerance or allergy, please, let us know in advance, so that we can accommodate what we offer to your needs.
